Your application doubles as your character's biography, so please either post it to your userinfo page, or make it as a public post in your journal, with a link on your userinfo page.
If you wish to ask for a HOLD on a person you are more than welcome to comment us below and submit your request; all holds last 48 hours, in which time the face will be taken off and you will be noted that the hold expired, unless prior approval has been made with the mods.
